Sogdo Pay collects payments for your platforms and prepares GST, VAT, sales tax and income-tax (ITR) records per legal entity, in India and across countries.
Tax is worked out per legal entity and per return period, using that entity's registration and filing frequency.
Other countries follow their own tax name, rate and period. See the country list; countries marked Coming soon are not yet available.
A yearly pack per entity or platform brings together profit and loss, tax summaries and sign-off, with a filing calendar of due dates.
Documents are issued by the legal entity that made the supply, with its own numbering.
Payouts to vendors account for refunds, holds, and TDS or TCS where applicable. Tax collected is kept separate from vendor balances.
Approvals and changes are recorded in an append-only audit trail, and records are retained for the required period.
Accountants can review periods, reports and documents, request documents and, if you allow it, approve or file. See Bring your own CA.
