These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the software products, services, and this payment portal operated by Sogdo Private Limited (“Sogdo”, “we”, “us”). By making a payment or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Sogdo is a SaaS company providing digital software products and subscriptions. We bill for our own products and services; we are not a payment aggregator and do not collect payments for third parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
Products are digital and delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment. See our Delivery Policy.
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All software, content, and trademarks of Sogdo remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products per your plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sogdo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
